I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

♥Let Start♥ 

1.Open up your Frame_02 copy and paste as new layer resize 80%,take your magic wand click inside your frame expand by Open up your Paper_07 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,
duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to overlay.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

2.Open up your Element_01 copy and paste as new layer resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

3.Open up your Element_11 copy and paste as new layer Image Rotate to Left resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

4.Open up your Element_33 copy and paste as new layer Image Rotate to Left resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Close off your elements, But your frame Layer,Draw out rectangle,Add 2 layer Apply Eye Candy 5 Nature Snow Drift show below keep selection Edit cut both layer,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.Open all elements.

6.Open up your Element_52 copy and paste as new layer Image Rotate to Left resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your Element_55 copy and paste as new layer Image Rotate to Left resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

8.Open up your Element_55 copy and paste as new layer Image Rotate to Left resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

9.Open up your Element_08 copy and paste as new layer Image Rotate to Left resize 80%,duplicated 3 times go back top frame Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Marge down on your bottom frame change blend mode to softlight.
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked. 

Add the name and copyright info.

♥Animation Shop♥
Copy merged the tag. Open animation shop:
Paste as a new animation and duplicate until you have 10 frames.
then Open up your Animation and select all copy and paste in your Tag,
Open up smoke copy and paste in yout tag.
Animation - Animation Propieties
Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white.
Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.
 play the animation and save if you like!♥
