I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

 Apply Xero porcelain

 Open new blank Canvas 700x700

1.Open up your CCC_Frame_4 copy and paste as new layer resize 80%  take your magic wand click in all Opens in from Select selections Border, with
setting below, and Open up your CCC_paper_14 copy and paste as new layer invert delete select none, Apply Noise your setting,

2.Go back to frame click inside your frame copy and paste your CCC_Paper_17 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,
Open up your snow drag every 10 layers, then invert delete , rename your Layers Frame 1 thought 10. close 2 though 10 off,


3.Open up your CCC_Element_20 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

4.Open up your CCC_Element_19 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

5.Open up your CCC_Element_47 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

6.Open up your CCC_Element_15 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

7.Open up your CCC_Element_7 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

8.Open up your CCC_Element_31 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

9.Open up your CCC_Element_40 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

10.Open up your CCC_Element_27 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.

11.Open up your CCC_Element_51 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.



 Add the name and copyright info.

♥Animation Shop♥
Copy merged the tag. Open animation shop:
Paste as a new animation and duplicate until you have 20 frames.
then Open up your Animation and select all copy and paste in your Tag,
Open up smoke copy and paste in yout tag.
Animation - Animation Propieties
Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white.
Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.
 play the animation and save if you like!♥
