I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

 Xero porcelain

 *Tube/s of Choice* I used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis You have to be licensed to use this
artwork and it can be purchased Now he has been at PTE but with them closing August 1, 2012 but you can buy his tube at his site here

 *Scrapkit Of Choice*

 I am using the Awesome PTU kit "Helloween Fun - Tagger " by  Freeks Creations

Open New Canvas 700x700

1.Open up your Frame3 copy and paste as new layer resize 70% Take your magic wand click inside expand by 10 Open up your paper 10, selections invert delete,

2.Open up your Lightning copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

3.Open up your Grave copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

4.Open up your Lights copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

5.Open up your WordArt copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

6.Open up your Lolli2 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

7.Open up your Flying Skull copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

8.Open up your Pumpkins copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

9.Open up your Witch Hat copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

10.Open up your Dangle copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

11. Open up your Tube Copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,Merge down Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 1, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

  Add the name and copyright info
