I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Plug-in used
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

 Apply Xero porcelain

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.

1.Click on your Raster 8 select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_10 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Filters Unlimited  Paper texture with below,

2.Click on your Raster 3 select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_4 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Filters Unlimited  Paper texture with before,

3.Click on your Raster 4 select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_10 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Filters Unlimited  Paper texture with before,

4.Click on your Raster 2 select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_8 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Apply Noise your Choice, Apply 3D Effect Inner Bevel With setting Below,

5.Click on your Merged select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_8 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Apply Noise your Choice, Apply 3D Effect Inner Bevel With setting before,

6.Click on your Raster 5 select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_8 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Apply Noise your Choice, Apply 3D Effect Inner Bevel With setting before,

7.Click on your Raster 6 select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_3 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Filters Unlimited  Paper texture with before,

8.Click on your Merged select all float defloat Open up your FD_paper_8 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,
Select selections Borders with setting below,Apply Noise your Choice, Apply 3D Effect Inner Bevel With setting before
and Open up your Open up your FD_paper_3 copy and paste as new layer Invert delete,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Filters Unlimited  Paper texture with before,

9.Open up your FD_Element_21 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,

10.Open up your FD_Element_15 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,

11.Open up your FD_Element_20 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,

12.Open up your FD_Element_22 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,

13.Open up your FD_Element_2 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,

14.Open up your FD_Element_9 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Frame layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,

 Add name and copyright 

 

~*~*~Open animation~*~*~

Copy merged, paste as a new animation, duplicate until you have 20 frames.

Select all.

Open animation, select all, copy, drag 1st frame of animation onto 1st frame of , position, release.

Save as gif.
