This tutorial was written by me on September 15st, 2014. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.

1.Click on your Raster 7 elect all float defloat Open up your paper_05 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Xero:fritillary with  setting below,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

2.Open up your Element_31 sent to bottom Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, On your Bottom Apply Mosaic Antique Default setting,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

3.Open up your Element_33 Sent to bottom of your Element_31,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Xero:fritillary with  setting before Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

4.Open up your Element_41 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Take your Magic wand click inside expand by 10, Open up your Paper_08,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your Element_09 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your Element_11 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your Element_15 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

8.Open up your Element_16 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

9.Open up your Element_23 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

10.Open up your Element_21 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

11.Open up your Element_53 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

12.Click on your Raster 2 and raster3 select all float defloat Open up your paper_05 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen, Open up your paper8 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,Apply Filters Unlimited  Paper texture with
setting below.

13.Click on your Raster 4 And Raster 5 select all float defloat Open up your paper_08 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply Xero:fritillary with  setting below,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

14.Open up your Tube Copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,Merge down Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 1, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

  Add the name and copyright info
