I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Let Start  

Open up 700x700 Blank Canvas

♥

 1.Open up your Element_64 copy and paste as new layer,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

2.Open up your Element_31 copy and paste as new layer  take your magic wang click inside your Frame modify expand by 10,Open up your Paper_11 ,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

3.Go Paper Layer Select all float defloat Open up your Element_36 Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

4.Open up your tube copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your Element_18 copy and paste as new layer Resize 60%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your Element_22 copy and paste as new layer, Resize 60% Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your Element_28 copy and paste as new layer, Resize 60% Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

8.Open up your Element_29 copy and paste as new layer, Resize 60% Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

9.Open up your Element_26 copy and paste as new layer, Resize 60% Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

10.Open up your Element_10 copy and paste as new layer, Resize 60% Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

11.Open up your Element_03 copy and paste as new layer, Resize 60% Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
