I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

 Apply Xero porcelain

Open new Canvas 700x700

 

1.Take your  Ellipse Tool active, set on Circle draw big Circle select all float defloat Open up your paper2 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.Apply Xero Fritillary with these setting below,

2.Take your  Ellipse Tool active, set on Circle draw Middle size Circle select all float defloat Open up your paper2 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.Apply Xero Fritillary with these setting before,

3.Take your  Rectangle Tool active, set on Rectangle select all float defloat Open up your paper2 copy and paste as new layer invert delete,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.Apply Xero Fritillary with these setting before

4.Open up your WP_FG_LEAF6 copy and paste as new layer resize 60% Duplicates Image Mirror,Marge down Duplicates Image Flip,Merge down,
Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your WP_FG_TREE2 copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your WP_FG_LEAF1 copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your WP_FG_LEAF2 copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

8.Open up your WP_FG_LEAF3 copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Duplicates On your Duplicates layer,
Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.


9.Open up your tube copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 5
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
and Apply Moodlight on your tube layer with setting below.
